Shipping

The Fogbell Press operates from Nova Scotia, Canada. Each order is carefully prepared and packed by hand before being entrusted to Canada Post for delivery.

As a small independent press, we ask that customers allow approximately 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. During periods of high demand, publication releases, or seasonal activity, processing times may occasionally be longer.

Most orders are shipped through Canada Post parcel services. Postcards and certain smaller paper goods may be dispatched by Canada Post letter mail where appropriate.

Once an order has entered the care of Canada Post, delivery times are subject to postal schedules and conditions and therefore cannot be guaranteed by The Fogbell Press. Shipping estimates should be regarded as approximations only.

Every reasonable effort is made to package publications, prints, postcards, and other printed matter securely so that they may arrive in good condition.

Returns & Exchanges

Owing to the nature of printed matter, art prints, and limited-edition publications, The Fogbell Press is generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that have been delivered as ordered.

Should an item arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from that which was purchased, please contact us within fourteen days of delivery. Wherever possible, we will work with you to arrange a replacement, partial refund, or other appropriate remedy.

If an order appears to have been lost in transit, we invite you to contact us so that the matter may be investigated. Each circumstance is unique and will be considered individually.

Our aim is not merely to complete a transaction, but to ensure that every parcel arrives safely and that every customer is treated fairly. Should a problem arise, we encourage you to write to us. Most difficulties can be resolved with a little patience and good correspondence.
